Are you ready for Quantum Leaping? A new perspective on the ego was suggested in my last post. Integration instead of ‘banishment’. This same attitude or practice of integrating all aspects of ourselves can help us access higher realities. Accessing a higher dimensional iteration of yourself is something we all can do. As with all things, we improve with practice.
Connect yourself in meditation with whatever your favourite technique is. It can be as simple as following the breath. And then summon the higher iteration of yourself for whatever task you are needing help with. I’m going to record the meditation I use, which has been refined over many years and gathered a great deal of momentum.
We are shifting from a Newtonian mechanistic worldview to a quantum integrated worldview. We are beginning to understand that the nature of reality is subjective and our thoughts have energy. Our thoughts can genuinely affect our perception of reality.
Here’s a great book worth reading, Quantum Leaps by Cynthia Sue Larson. We exist is a superposition of states. There are many possible yous!
The dawn of this new Quantum Age presents you with the radical new paradigm–that you are not your body or your situation, but instead are pure energy, pure consciousness. You exist in an interconnected holographic multiverse in which you are literally jumping from one parallel universe to another with every choice you make.
~ Cynthia Sue Larson
As with many quantum discoveries, mystics and shamans got there first. Metaphysics is the science of understanding the layers of reality. The Art of Dreaming by Carlos Castaneda is another great source for examining states of non-ordinary reality.
Start as a game. Our inner child has no doubt.
If the Sun and Moon would doubt/ They’d immediately Go Out
~ William Blake, Auguries of Innocence
Years ago I met an artist, a man in his 70’s, who was having a blast leaping into aspects of himself that was a brilliant painter, or photographer and so on and producing wonderful work. And there’s Sri Chinmoy! He wrote over 1700 books and challenged himself to become an expert in many diverse areas from singing to music to weightlifting. He called it self-transcendence. Overcoming the perceived limitations of the mind.
Finally, true spirituality is delving into the infinite universe and the omniscience awaiting us.
I do not need many things. I need only one thing: To be a lifelong expert In God-manifestation-light.
~ Sri Chinmoy
